Federal health officials want to exempt intelligence agencies from ethics rule

I submitted an official comment to regulations.gov per the above link with Dr. Robert Duncan's material and my evaluations that I was a modern victim being pulverized with electronic warfare.

On another note EFF previously found my submissions to them interesting and commented back as such. But they have not represented any modern victim even myself yet. I think proper representation would require me to have $1 million dollars to pay a lawyers hourly rate.

I do know this, a bivens 4th amendment and 5th amendment violation suit is probably the way to go to challenge the government fuckers. The US Supreme Court created the lawsuit method in case law as the Congress created no other remedy for violations. The court at its sole discretion decided you could sue the government directly for some violations. It might apply only to individual agents like Barack Obama, James Clapper, or other rapist murderers.

Currently I feel like I am in a ground hogs day simulator .. Every day I wake up to the same computerized torture and abuse. Thinking about trying to kill myself just like Bill Murries character does. I am in so much pain and my brain is damaged to the point I cannot even get out of bed or hardly think or communicate any longer. My doctors diagnosed CTE once, it is usually a terminal illness.

As Duncan knows it's inevitable if you cannot shut the military's weapon down you likely will try to kill yourself or others as time goes on. Society is so impotent that you generally will never get help before it's too late with any problem. Government knows and counts on this and keeps it up. They have me particularly crippled and injured now and I have no supports because the entire governmental system is a fraud and does this and covers it up so no one can get help. Programs continue on decades before being acknowledged or shutdown in this country (see cointelpro, and mkultra).
