Although the CIA insists that MKUltra-type experiments have been abandoned, some CIA observers say there is little reason to believe it does not continue today under a different set of acronyms.[*] Victor Marchetti, author and 14-year CIA veteran, stated in various interviews that the CIA routinely conducted disinformation campaigns and that CIA mind control research continued. In a 1977 interview, Marchetti specifically called the CIA claim that MKUltra was abandoned a "cover story."[*][*] Dr. Robert Duncan, a modern former scientist for the CIA, DOD, and US DOJ confirms it continues on today under new program names, together with former CIA operative Mark Phillips.[*][*][*][*] The Oregon State Hospital uses mind control on it's patients in conjunction with the CIA, and I am one such victim of their program. #cia #mkultra

Yshield paint - worth the money?

Yshield paint - worth the money?Has anyone tried this stuff? I am thinking of shelling out the cash for some but I want to know beforehand if anyone here has tried the stuff to block RNM. The stuff is expensive. For a liter (half of a big soda bottle) costs about $100.
Re: Yshield paint - worth the money?I would also like to know. I am trying to make my own shielding paint with graphite powder and lead but not sure if I need an emulsifier to hold all that stuff together.
“What we revealed is that this spying system is devoted not to terrorists, but is directed to innocent people around the world. None of this has anything to do with terrorism. Is Angela Merkel a terrorist?” – Glenn Greenwald to CNN’s Christian Amanpour
Re: Yshield paint - worth the money? It is not just the paint. You need to ground it with a grounding kit. Another $40!
Re: Yshield paint - worth the money?Stuff might work but might also get you sick as it contains lead. Numerous people are coming forward saying shit making em sick. if you do have it you gotta give it another coat of fresh paint.
Re: Yshield paint - worth the money?
I did this using copper based paint from lessemf, first thing i learned is that it must be grounded on every wall or a lot of money gets wasted and it also must cover every last square inch of space. Experience was good but practicality makes shielding rather difficult, i think they do find ways around it (if there is a cutoff frequency?) My attempts to shield were responded to with ever more intense harassment in an attempt to suicide me so id recommend it to those game enough, but its rather expensive too and cost ~ $1800 USD to do a medium sized room Having said that, there's nothing more satisfying than to see the harassment die down due to shielding, it also wastes a lot of power if they do continue the monitoring. I'd like to hear from anybody who has tried a different method or type of paint, so far I've never heard of anyone being able to fully block the signal out.
Re: Yshield paint - worth the money?
Alex23 here my acc isnt working, i have an update on shielding * Ive used $1000 USD worth of copper paint tested up to 1Ghz(-85Db), 400 USD worth of highfrequency shielding paint tested upto 18Ghz(-44dB) and the second one did something but very little to block RNM, i believe the frequencies used are extremely high frequencies(>30Ghz). * You would be on the right track here with the lead idea, lead is far cheaper cost wise at around 10 USD per 500grams although it needs to be of a very thick consistency, no emulsifier is needed although it can clump if not mixed with water first and needs to be stirred a little. * I would suggest ordering seperate lead shipments of about 5kg each and concentrating the painting on the ceiling and upper walls (around 7-15 Kg if your trying to block RNM, i still see a couple of letters appear randomly but seldom if ever). * Not sure if they will simply start using a lower frequency or not but lower frequencies can be easily shielded against with one layer of yshield paint grounded, lead and graphite probably does shield against those lower frequencies too please someone correct me if im wrong here i didnt check. * Be prepared for serious assaults and theft of your goods needed to complete the job as my lead shipments were stolen from outside my front door, i was under intense harassment in the lead up * As of yet i cant see it being blocked out completely by anything portable although i continue to work* on this in my spare time, it may be doable with a small magnetic field generator of some sort in conjunction with shielding to generate electrical currents in a cap or hoodie that would be similar to those produced by the brain.
Re: Yshield paint - worth the money?Another update, two days after having put my lead shielding up:
I've used just about everything imaginable and nothing does actually work to block RNM out, it does waste some power and it can reduce the intensity of harassment somewhat but blocking it out completely seems like an impossibility at this point, perhaps 30kgs of lead powder mixed in paint on the upper walls and ceiling of a small room might work but sadly even that might not be enough. They often give some reprieve in the aftermath of applying shielding so as to give the impression that it worked, then make you tell as many people as possible only to continue harassment in the aftermath, we wary of this.
