Although the CIA insists that MKUltra-type experiments have been abandoned, some CIA observers say there is little reason to believe it does not continue today under a different set of acronyms.[*] Victor Marchetti, author and 14-year CIA veteran, stated in various interviews that the CIA routinely conducted disinformation campaigns and that CIA mind control research continued. In a 1977 interview, Marchetti specifically called the CIA claim that MKUltra was abandoned a "cover story."[*][*] Dr. Robert Duncan, a modern former scientist for the CIA, DOD, and US DOJ confirms it continues on today under new program names, together with former CIA operative Mark Phillips.[*][*][*][*] The Oregon State Hospital uses mind control on it's patients in conjunction with the CIA, and I am one such victim of their program. #cia #mkultra

Re: How to KILL an RFID chip?google it.
there are 2 ways. 1. microwave 2. drive a nail through it. "You can trust us." -President Barack Obama
Re: How to KILL an RFID chip? There is a side note to Ron's suggestions which is that if you microwave the item that the rfid is attached to you might melt the plastic. So you have to take that into consideration.
Re: How to KILL an RFID chip?
Not too sure about this but perhaps a small EMP gun might do the trick. As for how you might come to acquire one of these i cant really say off hand if limited on funding. I know sites that sell kits but they are rather pricey if you want the pieces (~$200)

The low power pulse gun would probably destroy the circuitry of an RFID chip, although these chips are rare and they probably just want you to think you've been chipped. Do not by any means dismember your body in any way in an attempt to remove a chip!!! Better yet, it could be possible to detect the chip by buying a frequency counter from the same site or buying a real one from a site like www.lessemf.com (goes up to 6ghz.)
