I know it's possible to track somebody via satellite. But is there a way to move without being tracked via satellite? (Even when you don't have an implant or carry ID, passports or anything with an RFID chip)

No. Satellites once they spot you or an object are able to store and update a profile on the object and will continuously and automatically track it including humans and their vehecles, tracking stats such as name, vital signs, rate of travel, license plates, history make and model of car, etc. You cannot evade their signals tracking ability and most signals like the RF your body and neurons generate are viewable even under cover of a vehicle, building, or ground ie mountain, dunes, trees and vegetitatian, etc.

You can obtain or create a biometrical signal jammer that matches and cancels out the incoming frequencies, and or a signal shield to hide some forms of signals but I have heard nothing is effective 100%. It will not stop them from knowing where your signal was lost or obstructed and they have automated processes to locate you once you leave your cover/shield, basically picking up where it left off, as if you were known to be invisible for a time being.

Only the militaries of the world can truly jam or stop this stuff. The public however has no resources, no technology, and no corporation can match it either. They really do have an edge over us because all the real technology is controlled by government and military interests. :B
