you know what's gay as fuck? free Medicaid insurance pays for transgender service, but it doesn't pay for things like broken nose repair, dentists, eye glasses, .. ha.

they just had a news article on the issue in Oregon. Apparently 700 fucknutted assholes have used the states Medicaid system to pay for transgender operations and other services. The operations cost $400,000+ .. an absurd amount of money.

But the service won't pay for services everyone needs like eye glasses, eye exams, dentists, periodontists, braces, or in my case I have a broken nose from when the cops beat me up. It wouldn't pay for realignment and casting of my nose so it could heal, nor would it pay for the bone to be rebroke and fixed afterwards. My broken nose is crooked as fuck, the bone is now sticking out towards my right and my eye glasses hardly fit.

My nose operation apparently only cost like $3000-$5000 bucks.

Eye glasses and exam costs about $100-300.

They're blowing money on transgenders like it's nothing though. http://kval.com/news/local/should-the-o ... nt-surgery

I've also been denied access to neurologists, neuropsychologists, and specialist doctors who knew about microwave and radiation exposure. The plan is a joke and doesn't pay for anyone's basic healthcare needs but these transgender fucks!

Don't get me wrong I support Medicaid and health care paying for peoples medical needs even gender reassignment surgery, but the plans are so pathetic, because they deny everyone else healthcare for valid needs much more important than gender reassignment surgery. With the plans being as bare bones as they are, I cannot believe gender reassignment surgery is getting any kind of consideration until other limitations are lifted.

Because I'm also a fully disabled male on SSI, this is all I get. I cannot even buy up to one of the for pay plans to get better coverage. They for pay plans cover quite a bit more, more general PCPs take the plans, and more medical services are covered.

If you go to California they have the same problem which effects kids which I was reading about online. The system makes adults buy into for pay insurance but up to a high bracket of income forces the kids onto Medicaid; almost no one takes Medicaid limiting kids access to their previous doctors and proper care (most doctors don't want to take Medicaid because it pays less). Some had private insurance for their kids prior to ACA plans and were forced to switch their kids to the Medicaid plan under the new rules, in which case they lost access to their Pediatrician and found getting their kid care difficult (again: pediatrician's don't want to take Medicaid- they prefer private insurance. therefore majorities of Pediatrician's don't take Medicaid).

I have also faced the issue of not having a PCP on Medicaid because they're all booked and the plan doctors discriminate and refuse to provide me care for my particular medical issues and how I obtained my injuries. They have dropped me over and over. This is similar to what I hear happened in MKULTRA days to victims; they went through similar problems with doctors abusing them. They know I was hurt up at the Oregon State Hospital getting TBI and CTE, and no one wants anything to do with it (also because some doctors are best butt buddies with the guys responsible for abusing me, and some even want me framed to protect everyone) except for out of pocket doctors I cannot pay for with my limited income.

if I was up in Portland OR I'd be wanting to see one of the many psychotherapist orientated psychiatrists, but Medicaid also doesn't pay for that there, and none of the doctors are on the plan. Instead Medicaid has a selection of medical-model drug only psychiatrists which serves to limit peoples choices for care and opinions. The covered doctors tend to work for the state as contractors and are very close to the Oregon State Hospital and group-home PSRB system (they're against me and want me dead, and protect OSH and their backdoor abuses against patients).

down in Eugene there's about 50+ psychologists but only 3 covered by the plan, and all refused me as a customer because of my abuse at the Oregon State Hospital. that meant I had to go without psychological care while I lived in Eugene.

I had a neuropsychologist lined up to do an eval in Oregon but the plan would not authorize his payment. He would have backed me up and helped me get care sooner and faster and probably made OSH and my doctors who refused/denied proper care look like shit (I eventually found a neuropsychologist who did it for free; he took interest because he had worked in the state system and saw how abusive and murderous it was, and so he did the work for free and backed me up. it took over two years to get this eval from when I started searching and I've been needing this type of eval for at least 7 years before I got it. I only would have gotten it had the state not covered up how they hurt and abused me).
