First became aware of this tech being illegally used at the Oregon State Hospital on patients by the staff, with them having full control over it.

ElectRx is laser, magnet, acoustic, electric system being designed to replace chemical, surgery, and other invasive tools for treatment.

It matches up more closely with what I was exposed to without my consent or the state even asking me if I wanted to be exposed to. It was used to treat me and torture me, spy on and communicate with me all in one.

I submitted records describing my experiences to courts, told doctors, and lawyers long before DARPA announced ElectRx October 2015. I had discussed a hidden medical treatment system that used all this on my twitter many times before the announcement, that uses energy to control, diagnose, and heal the body, with many other fanciful uses.. I predicted it because I'm an insider/victim with direct exposure to it and the arts/techniques, long before it was ever publically discussed.

ElectRx is a new term being spun in the media by DARPA and co to describe the miniaturizing and transference of the technology previously classified from the military into the public sector. Instead of being secretly worked on, possessed, and used, and even being deployed in satellite and over the horizon (delivery systems which remain secretive, being used to direct energy to get into a persons body, cells, brain for various effects, healing, remote control, whatnot), they're pushing a smaller system for use locally in a doctors office or hospital using all the same techniques (but probably a smaller subset of features with safeguards to prevent easy misuse and allow easy operation even for n00b docs).

Remember I have been talking about this and its documented in medical records and letters I wrote since 2008. They used directed energy on me to treat my tardive dystonia/drug based/radiation based/brain injury at OSH, secretly, using through wall building penetrating tech.

I was also set up to look psychotic and had secret communications passed directly into my mind with it.

Staff tested it as a secret surveillance system on patients and were remotely diagnosing them and testing it on their bodies a variety of ways. And used it as a communication system, linking staffs brains up and receiving intelligence covertly, as a security tool, giving staff and doctors an upper hand against scandals, lawsuits, allowing easier patient management.

The tech has a ton of uses.

ElectRx might even have automated remote psychodiagnosis, and therapy, interacting with a patients brain and body remotely, guiding them, their health, emotions, spirits, based on their memories and unique needs as the computer analyzes through auto-diagnosis. It knows what your brain and body needs to recover, and where you're coming from. The more classified secret version does, I presume the tech will jump into the public version at some point.

It'll probably be deployed to allow doctors to bring vegetables out of their vegetable state, or allow vegetables brains, thoughts, wishes to be pulled out, and even for doctors to link into a patients brain and sense what the patient senses and to project doctors communications into the patients mind while vegetative. Parts of this tech will be deployed in entertainment and technology, such as to allow facebook users to communicate brain to brain, and movies and video games will be experienced as virtual dreams and experiences you feel, see, hear in your head rather than watch with screen and speakers. Mark Zuckerberg already made such announcement that telepathy was the future. IBM did the same in 2011, that it would be mainstream within 5 years.

Interesting, one of the first things they ever told me in my head was this was an "ancient chinese secret.." that was about oct 2008. They were using directed energy to massage my muscle tissue, heating and stimulating my muscles, and doing CNS stim. Lots of tickling and pleasurable feelings, it's one of the best massages. They can even turn on that feeling when someone blows on your neck, or when a female doctor gives you personal attention (think about Whisper Porn, also called autonomous sensory meridian response, ASMR). one of their ideas of feminizing my program was that it was supposed to help me heal and relax at some point. they pictured me as an injured disabled vet after war, and they even generated a picture of lt Dan from Forest Gump, with a women sitting on his lap giving him personal attention (fully clothed, just sitting on him, caressing him, as he looked off into air unable to hardly focus with his injuries. it was a way of giving his CNS natural pain relief, attention, the sound of a women speaking to him to comfort him, while they worked on him and they tried to help him recover).

the feeling, the stim, the warm tingles, sure makes me just want to fall asleep and yawn, goes good with my concussions and injuries..

They also rape me, giving me forced ejaculations with it and reinjure me on purpose. They obviously don't want me to recover any more.

ElectRx will replace chemicals, surgery, and invasive treatments, giving doctors precise control over cell, nerve, and biological function which they never before had.

What can we do for all the victims who had this used on them to hurt them, secretly. While the public and government denied it was real, like they do even about the mkultra atrocities?

They victimized us and denied us justice so they could profit.. in a few years they will get so much joy from this tech, after they hurt so many with their juvenile apathetic brains.

This tech is very dangerous too. They can set it to mutilate mode or guide it to erase important functions and memories from a person, leaving them crippled or in the desired state..

Go in for a routine treatment, the elite doctors group is there to secretly hurt you.

I now have the diagnosis of PTSD, Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy, and Traumatic Brain Injury from having these technologies used on me.

Interesting enough the patents fully discuss auto remote diagnosis, treatment, and full remote biocontrol. Both the 1974 radar patent and 1998 patent, both utilize directed energy: http://www.oregonstatehospital.net/d/ru ... ml#patents (these patents mostly deal with modifying neuron / CNS / brain function remotely, rather than other types of cells as far as I can tell).

Imagine an automated directed energy machine scrubbing your body and doing all sorts of things you couldn't stop. And when you needing other medical care, it being denied to you. Medical care that would save your life, and help you recover and rehabilitate. This is what they did to me, they replaced all my treatment with this machine.. I'm still trying to get the medical care I actually need..
