I am no expert, but you can attach a ground cable to the aluminum and attach it to any grounded surface. Like a metal piece of surface, or a streel or copper water pipe that goes into the ground, etc. You can also take a metal rod and run it into the ground, and have the wire run off it..

Ultimately what I heard works the best is tin foil sleeping bag, and run a wire to a grounded source to that.

Aluminum is probably not the best either. The pro's are recommending mylar and mu metal and/or signal jammers and/or ion generator/shield. You can buy mu metal and mylar online and at home depot and I recommend a construction that surrounds you, top to bottom, like a coffin or play house enclosure, with an air vent that is otherwise covered so signals can be beamed in. The other more sophisticated items can be picked up in specialty stores and eBay with guidance of someone knowledgeable.

I guess I'd rather die or something because I still haven't tried shielding once in 5 years and yet it might be the only way to stop it (actually, I always expected the police or my attorney's to help; when I started off, I never knew I was never going to get help no matter what I did or what evidence I had).. :(

Why is mylar better than aluminum foil? I was wondering about this because I have read this from other sources. You would think the opposite is true because aluminum is thicker than mylar.

I cant find mu-metal at homedepot. It might be a regional thing.

As far as the coffin is concerned, I have tried it - it isn't as easy to live in one of those things. It gets difficult to breathe after a few hours, it gets very hot, and you get claosterphobic.

Interesting. I dont understand why mylar would be better than a sheet of aluminum since foil is thicker than mylar as mylar is just aluniminum vapor spray onto durable film. I will try and update you on what i find.

maybe it bloks radiation?
