Although the CIA insists that MKUltra-type experiments have been abandoned, some CIA observers say there is little reason to believe it does not continue today under a different set of acronyms.[*] Victor Marchetti, author and 14-year CIA veteran, stated in various interviews that the CIA routinely conducted disinformation campaigns and that CIA mind control research continued. In a 1977 interview, Marchetti specifically called the CIA claim that MKUltra was abandoned a "cover story."[*][*] Dr. Robert Duncan, a modern former scientist for the CIA, DOD, and US DOJ confirms it continues on today under new program names, together with former CIA operative Mark Phillips.[*][*][*][*] The Oregon State Hospital uses mind control on it's patients in conjunction with the CIA, and I am one such victim of their program. #cia #mkultra

Re: Medical marijuana does helpYou should read the article http://science.howstuffworks.com/medical-marijuana.htm
Re: Medical marijuana does helpI once used to smoke pot daily for fun and my experiences were mixed, but i did learn one important lesson that i wont forget any time soon.
The THC/CBD ratio is an important factor in selecting a strain, recreational marijuana found on the street typically contains an imbalanced ratio in favor of THC (100:1) since THC is synthesized from CBDs and the high typically comes from THC, so growers typically aim for the highest possible THC content at the expense of CBDs. Hence why certain medical strains and home grown marijuana is far more beneficial to the human brain than typical skunk and street marijuana(causes brain damage in the long term), highway delight is a good strain to grow as it contains about 15% THC and a fairly high amount of CBD too = ) So medical marijuana probably isnt so bad for coping with harassment, really takes the edges off IMO and i wish i still had some
