2008 for me.
I think gangstalking only became possible with cellphones and text messaging. I want to know from all the readers of this forum if their problem began around the same time or not. Maybe we can see if it is a systematic occurrence?

2007 or 2006. It was at the Oregon State Hospital. It got worse in 2008, things really.. The technology abuses got to the point that it was either I get help and hire an attorney, or I die, and I think when they realized I was "stuck" by July/August of 2008 and I was tricked into firing my attorney, ...
They took the opportunity to do their murder attempt or whatever. And the real abuse/mutilation started with their directed-energy weapon technology.
No cellphone required, no text messaging. The government can track people even who don't use electronic devices through space and radar systems, reading brain waves, watching their movements, keeping track of people even under cover of buildings, etc. They call this Signals Intelligence, it's all done with remote sensing technologies. They do also have a system of low-tech "telephone and Internet" programs, but they use those mostly to target data to cover for the remote sensing stuff - they can use it in court, whereas remote information cannot be used in court because they don't want to expose their technologies or the abuses they have committed over the years with these systems.
The public today still lives in ignorant bliss not realizing they don't have any privacy, even when they're in the bathroom or in their bedrooms..
