Hello,
I am a TI. I found this forum looking for info about remote neural monitoring. I would like to know if there is anyone who has been able to defeat RNM. Either by discovering something that will block their radiation. Or by other means.

Not that I know of, but I got an idea on a shield.
It follows Dr. Robert Duncan's specs. Mylar, and Nu Metal, build a box to sleep in, or cover the walls in your house/room. Do one layer Mylar, one layer Nu metal. Do not leave any open spots for signal to get through,..
I do not yet know if grounding the thing is necessary, but I would.
Dr. Robert Duncan also mentions building an ion-shield to block radar signals, which should come together nicely to build the ultimate shield. Listen to his coast to coast interview, ..
No suggestions on the ion shield, but the nu metal / mylar can be found at home depot and online for $30-$200 bucks.
BTW, make an air vent, just make sure it's sort of like a smoke stack, and has a cover, and on the inside, just create a gap for air to get through with a layer of the stuff for a sort of raised wall. You want air to get in, but not any signal.
Tips: aim for blocking both magnetism and electromagnetism, like Duncan says. It will protect you from injuries. . and hopefully dampen the field.

I know that thick alum foil in the form of a faraday structure has no effect, even when it blocks out WIFI and cell phone signals.
