Where do you report Remote Neural Monitoring?

This is a difficult question to answer. Those who are experiencing this problem know its real. But who do you tell? Tell the police and they think you are crazy. Plus, they don't know it exists.
So my question is where have you reported your case of RNM?

It's useless to tell a cop. They don't think we're crazy, they use the technology on us every day, and they're connected to and controlled by higher echelon's of government. The CIA, DOD, NSA .. The cops are military agents working the fucking streets.
If you go to them, they know how to handle you, cause you're trying to expose them for murder and abuse. Of course they're going to say you're crazy, you're trying to expose one of their top secret toys man. The local nut ward doesn't even think you're crazy, they're just not going to write a report that might piss the government off. They're gunna even help them set you up to look mentally ill; perhaps their doctors even went to a university where they participated in illegal government research, and are using us all like guinea pigs . They view us as outsiders, we don't get access to the real story, ever..
Of course the judge in town is highly trained mother fucker, who knows by design how to hide the conduct of himself and his officers, to protect the government. So who do you go to for real help? A militia man, you gotta fight back and go in bearing arms to remove these perps from power. On top of that, .. barring removing these guys from power and restoring our civil rights, a good civil rights attorney and a judge who doesn't truly believe in the system might be able to do our case some justice.
I think we should actually focus on United Nations support and International Judges, getting the United States busted for human and civil rights violations. Like, we also need a UN weapons inspection to happen, and international judges to come in who aren't going to protect these guys.

As far as Im concerned the best place to report it is the place one would never expect: YOUTUBE.

I agree with ericnelson. Youtube is the best place to post your stories. You need proof that somebody is messing with you. All of your stories and complaints get seen by a lot of people if you are for real.

I once tried to report it to the cops and they looked at me like I was crazy. They asked me if I had ever been admitted to a mental institution. Fuckin police. I would like to see someone use RNM tech on them and commit bank robberies and shit. Perfect way to pull of crime jobs off the copper radars.

I don't a better place than youtube. If you want to tell everyone around you they play devils advocate. I would tell people ONLY if you got proof. like photos and videos.
