So at the Oregon State Hospital I was abused w/ medication & used as a military weapon lab rat. I am under continuous attack. I developed post SSRI sexual dysfunction at some point, making it so I cannot orgasm without muscles clenching for weeks and severe muscle and tissue damage (I have bruising form under eyes, tight look develop, etc). I think it's caused damage to my brain, and squeezing and pressure is caused on my brain. The weapon itself is used to irradiate me, and massage my brain matter, soft tissue, and more. I am heated, chilled, tortured, and abused. The military wants me dead, this is why they're doing it. I have lived under this sort of attack/targeting now for 6+ years. I am working with two psychologists who think this happened, and I built my website w/ lots of expert details including the patents, videos, audio, etc. I compiled most of the proof that I could easily get access to. I have two lawyers working on the case but they inform me the work will take months, this means I am forced to accept torture, and possible death, and injuries while this is investigated. I am interested in getting more proof of these injuries. I have chronic high amounts of hs c-reactive protein from these injuries, which is caused by heart damage and bodily injury. I have had high CK come off and on, which is muscle tissue break down, brain break down, and heart break down. It has been high in multiple tests but isn't always high. Picture the governments satellites and radar systems attacking me, locked on, targeting me wherever I go. Yes, government DOD/CIA/US DOJ/NASA whistleblowers back me up, see my website. Dr. Robert Duncan, Dr. Fred Bell, and Thomas Bearden are a few whistleblowers from the government who came out about civilians being attacked in this method. My friend from USIS also came to me and confirmed the weapon exists. Previous diagnosis includes: chronic traumatic encephalopathy and post concussion syndrome from these attacks, dystonia and neuro-muscular injury. I have lots of symptoms in all my organs, memory, perception difficulties (from having my brain wiped out, memories removed, things beat out of me that I never recovered from or got treatment for, etc). Read the symptom list below to try to get some idea, I typed this last year in June 2013. My doctors would get this letter in Oregon and drop me as a client immediately, which my therapist told me was discrimination, which is why I didn't get health care sooner.. I am really interested in a referral to a major hospital to get this all checked out. I also have underneath the injuries microwave sickness and electromagnetic hypersensitivity symptoms from being bombarded with radiation from US military radar 24/7. Dr. Robert Duncan, says they are impinging my body with signals intelligence. Many frequencies of radiation involved.

The technology being used to attack me is fully patented, including Robert Malech's Military radar patent from 1974 to remotely read and alter brainwaves. Also Raytheon's 2005 patent for "Multifunctional radio frequency directed energy system" which mentions imaging, targeting, tracking, and killing human beings using traditional military radar platforms.

Some of my evidence of the initial government attack is security video and audio from  the Oregon State Hospital which showed OSH staff members discussing the technology being located outside of the building and also numerous assaults and other abuses from OSH staff. The technology outside of the building was used to warrantlessly spy on me, as it has building penetrating tomography, and it enables reading and decoding of brainwaves. OSH staff, police, and US attorney's also used it for covert mind to mind communication. Staff could also be heard discussing why my case had been hidden during a major scandal, "the states lack of liability insurance". I documented these events in emails to state officials, law enforcement, and administrators in June 2008, which escalated retaliations against me and brought no resolve. I document this on my website. I also had calcium efflux the day they decided to use this weapon to attack me, in August 2008. Calcium efflux is the effect of electromagnetism on a persons body, normally causing heart attack, stroke, natural looking death, tachycardia, muscle convulsions, loss of control of vocal cords, and other injuries. Two months after the OSH staff/US military began their attack with this weapon, I was taken to Salem Hospital (September 2008) for emergency heart problems related to the attacks when I informed an advocate about the attacks which OSH staff had been ignoring for months. During the initial assault, I felt directed energy penetrate my body, causing my body to swell, I went into severe shock, muscles began to pulsate and convulse, and I had a 170+ pulse for months. The first message beamed directly into my brain was, "like you spy for the Statesman Journal, DeAnn Major spies for the CIA.." "you're being set up to look psychotic." The US military has a variety of weapons that use microwaves and radar signals to heterodyne signals into a persons brain, but also vibrations inside their skull and soft tissue. They can heat, chill, and massage tissue with EMF. The weapons/surveillance platform that utilizes this technology is long range, built into 25 HAARP type arrays and hundreds of satellites up in space, with interferometry, a weapons and surveillance technology that enables them to direct energy to any point on the earths surface. They can see through walls, as it's building penetrating. They can decode brainwaves and do body scans. They can assault the target with the same energy used to scan them. After the scandal at OSH, they used the technology to massage my body, muscles, and soft tissue, to try to slow the convulsions and pulsations, this crippled me and left my muscle function and tissue damaged. I got out of OSH after being controlled with this weapon 24/7, in 2010. I had run ins with the police, I was beat up by the police, I had people following me on the streets called gang stalkers. After being beat up by the police in front of my family, I was in jail for two years fighting false charges brought from the incident, in which the state tried to frame me to take the fall. I was tortured and brutalized in jail with this weapon, experiencing hundreds of forced ejaculations, and 24/7 assault, having my body massaged with RF/etc. I got out in May 2013 after a guilty plea, the case is on appeal being re-investigated now by my attorney Cheryl Ann Richardson who just got on the case this week. I have had to live with being targeted wherever I go, they continue to beat me in my home, repeatedly forcing ejaculations, vibrating my brain and soft tissue with EMF, and massaging my body all day. I am weak, I am beat, I have severe pain in my head, muscles, and my muscles pull tight around my brain and in my body, I am losing memory and cannot recover, I need treatment ASAP and appropriate testing to see what kinds of damage I have. I have also had an EEG that was done by my mental health therapist that showed damage, but I never got treatment because I had no doctor.

I saw a neurologist Dr. Stefan Harold who diagnosed me with chronic traumatic encephalopathy and recommended a DMRI/diffusion tensor imaging MRI to be done, because it is higher resolution than a regular MRI and might be able to see some of the damage at a lower level. Normal MRIs are not known to be able to detect CTE/minor traumatic brain injuries.

I would also like a more complex EEG to be done, because it showed the damage the first time. My home town neurologist was baffled by my counselors EEG done with LENS neuro-feedback machine. The neurologists EEG was not able to tell the same things as my counselors. My counselor said I had obvious improper signals coming from my back right side, and neuro-plasticity readings were very low and should have been 4 times higher. I think my neuro-plasticity is damaged, and I wish for a test that can check it out.

I had been referred to get an EMG done in Oregon before coming to California, but we could never find a neurologist to do it. Dr. Stefan Harold did one on my back that did find problems but it was not a full EMG, just looked at my spine. Because my muscles are super tight, and because I know I have had nerve damage done, I think I should get a regular EMG.

I have also been asking for an MRI of my full body to document the tight muscles and perhaps examine if I have tightness in my heart, stomach, organs, esophogus that should not be there. I heard it can also detect inflammation. I have heard that in dystonia and other conditions they can sometimes see if muscles in neck, and other body parts are tense, but none of my doctors have ever checked.

I also brought with me a full list of special blood tests that may be able to detect if I had been exposed to radar/EMF. But these tests actually just check for oxidative stress, and are not guaranteed to be elevated if exposed to radar/EMF. Dr. Martin Pall, Professor Emeritus at Washington State wrote some awesome white papers on the biological health effects of microwaves, including microwaves activation of voltage gated calcium channels in cells, which leads to calcium release, super oxide and nitrous oxide level increases.. SOD1, and other indicators I read sometimes indicate if these things are elevated based on my research.

Finding a doctor experienced in neurological and physical rehab, memory issues, EMF/exposure, environmental medicine, is important to me. I don't use medications for injuries because I know they will not make me functionally better and have been part of the problem in the past. I think the key to reducing pain, is improving muscle, brain function, reducing tension in muscles through physical rehab, and getting the US military stopped from attacking me.

The below is what I wrote to describe other symptoms I have June 2013:

symptoms i have, are also: very bad pinching and tight feeling in most of my muscles. i feel a sucked in clenched jammed down muscle feeling all over in my core and involuntary muscles. i have issues as a result in all organs, and senses.

lets look at a few for examples: the eye: having trouble focusing, narrow vision, can't see whole objects at once, can't see color or fine lines, i can read but it is narrow, hurts, and isn't clear. my eye is swollen generally. it constricted, and this is messing up vision. my eye literally clamps down, is cramped up and tight, displacing and interfering with tissue movement.

my ears are the same. it has caused hearing/vision loss. recently, i have had the issues of not being able to hear very well from my ear being so tight and irritated.

i need to loosen my tissue. i need to document what is going on medically. then i focus on getting the issue stopped. then treatment. treatments might involve physical therapy. hot tub, hot/cold hydrotherapy. whole body vibration. acupressure. massage. a neurological expert who knows how to get the brain and body working together again and to repair damage caused by medical and possible abuse from remote control. the remote control thing, was that i have just experienced nonconsentual experimentation, torture, and abuse.

there is btw some information out there about how the weapon might work. look up the Dr. Carole Smith article on my website. the link, she has some white papers about the use of this technology. and how the scanner might work. she believes it uses terahertz waves, a type of non-ionizing radiation for the use of seeing, hearing through walls, and doing physical tissue examination remotely. it is used in radar, body scanners at air ports, etc already. they can shine light on neurons, the terahertz waves combine with the light energy from the mind, and this creates a difference or beat pattern wave, which can be used to read individual neurons, as well. the article talks about "shining a light" around inside the mind to extract signals. pretty much this is one method of doing it, all techniques are sort of similar to EEG with how they do the imaging. the larger the resolution of the sensor, the greater the distance works, and the more they can see. like, to image neurons individually, they would need a very high resolution remote sensor. and you know, that would allow them to see things like which receptors were lit up in your eyes for example, and tie that to an image map, of which neurons or receptors went to which pixels. that lets them see what you see remotely. they can do this with all the individual signals in your mind, imaging groups of signals together and recombining them. signals that deal with sound, internal processes, sensations, memory, storage of neuronic signals ... pain, intention, desire, emotion, more. it is really crazy. apparently, like i said, the fields from your neurons can also be manipulated with light energy, and overridden (this is called heterodyning). microwaves can recreate fields that override or are similar to those produced by the brain, and neurons have no way of differentiated between these fields created by neurons or remote brain computer interfaces. they can splice in signals, totally dominating a person. maintaining persistent feedback, controlling arousal and doing other things to a person. i wanted to tell you, it is very exhausting and aggravating having it done. and they would only do this to a person if they wanted to hurt them, so what i would have gone through if this is real, would have to be very horrific. you should imagine that they don't care about my health at all. and don't care about the damage or sickness they cause. they use this weapon to hold me in a sick state, doing things to my body, making it so i can't move, make it very displeasurable, rape me, talking about things i am doing, trying to make me feel like shit about it all, make me aggravated, feeling hopeless. it was a program designed by them to kill me, and hurt me, and make me sound nuts - they want it to be hard to get out of. they know that it's hard to track down what has happened to me if no one discloses it, they know that no one can control what they're doing because the technology is so secretive (even if I did find a good amount of information about it on the internet). the US government has never gotten in trouble for using it on a person because of how well kept secret these programs are, but undoubtedly, the technology exists....

here is some other symptoms. i just can't get it all together, there are too many:

could my tissue be swollen hard? causing the constriction, not swollen like "big and full of liquid" but the opposite.
dizziness and weakness, weakness in muscles, fatigue, tiredness, unable to move or think, drowsiness and exhaustion
burning, stinging in muscles and tissue, pain, pinching
migraines and tension headaches, from constriction and photons doing things to tissue. after 2-3 weeks after they orgasm me, it gets really bad. tissue constriction, pain in the tense areas around my brain increases, can get very severe. would not take pain meds, i think i need to lose it up or get physical therapy to repair what's going wrong physically.
vomiting reflex and extreme nausea in my head, - muscle tension in stomach causes barfing reflexes
back pain from extreme muscle tension, which improves as my muscles loosen up after an orgasm (takes 1-2 weeks to improve?)
cheek pain from tension, have had cheeks and head turn blue and people before.
tension and pain in all my muscles.
there is not a part of my body that isn't bombarded with light energy or flooded with microwaves. it can create a general heat sensation, or shredding sensation in my tissue. they can heat, cold, move tissue around. precise laser like precision.
vision, blurry, fuzzy, blocky, heals, gets a little better, have had issue with eyes bulging and getting really tight and messed up. grey spots in the white matter.
have had green and bruising on face from constriction. tissue browning around eyes, etc. when they force orgasms, my body is so sensitive, muscles clamp down, bruising occurs from constriction, especially in head. my head gets smaller, literally cannot move. i lay in confusion, hardly can focus.
can hardly listen or see, without a lot of effort. i am not able to focus on my senses very well, and am not feeling everything as a whole experience.
consistent and persistent pressure and pain in my head, squeezing of muscles, that aren't as lose as they should be.
similar pain and squeezing in heart, chest, esophagus. etc.
from one moment to the next, what memory i have available is poor. it changes, i lose access to really have control of what i remember or can think when i want. the pain, the sort of difficulty in cognition is very profound. without my written notes, i have trouble with communication about what has happened to me. i can tell you some of the details, but i may not get revved up. i am just not confident in my ability to keep going through this, and i am trying to say, it can be different from time to time i see somebody about it. i literally sit around not building off my previous experience, my brain is not storing a state of mind of feeling anymore. i need to work to repair this as soon as possible. i am very unstable and NOT living my life because of this. i need your help.
i have secret paralysis in my mind, and body. parts of it are so jammed or cramped up, that i cannot use or access the parts of my brain or body that are effected. i get by with only some things in my brain or body working. sometimes i will flex or move a muscle, trying to loosen it in my head. a "seal" will release. granting pressure relief temporarily. but i don't regain muscle movement. i do feel temporarily more brain function return, then it goes back to locking down and being congested, unable to think. I think that emotion, cognition, and other brain features are linked to how well my body can move. i can't feel things or experience things if my body is locked up, unable to move.
heart pain.
feeling of getting hot, suffocating, tightness can make it hard to breathe at times, get hot from tension and cramps, delirium
extreme paralysis/parkinsonism? dystonia? activation issues like dystonia effect memory and other brain functions, like memory and cognition equally.
i likely have soft tissue, and nerve damage. issues within the muscle and nerve tissue function, as well. soft tissue gets damaged from microwave exposure, remote abuse, having receptors and neurons over ridden and over stimulated from remote control. issues with repetitive injury, causes damage to muscle and nerve function. muscle activation points might have disorder, if they don't respond properly to brain signals. tissue which is tense and dehydrated also gets more tense and more dehydrated over time.
there is the history of high CK in my blood from muscle and brain break down, which was evaluated at 700 for over a month long during a period in Mary 2011. i didn't receive treatment in jail, or monitoring or this issue. no diagnostic tests were done. OSH was trying to hide what was going on. this could only have been caused by the abuse i was going through with microwave exposure.
muscle loss, and degeneration of tissue is like a problem. Dr. Hardt indicated in an April 2013 examination that i had the unusual muscle tone of a 60 year olds, and it wasn't explainable by normal male in jail incarceration inactivity. he thought the inability to move my muscles, the flabby and weakness, could be caused by brain stem damage. i believe it is being caused by microwave smothering, and repetitive injury to both brain and muscle tissue.

they force me to have orgasms every few days, reinjuring me, and keeping tissue jammed up and from healing. please read my letter to doctor Zeilinkski which describes what happened to me, why my orgasms are messed up. they are exploiting this, to keep me ill. the damage from orgasms is quite profound, and it is against my will.

whole body vibration is a treatment which can loosen 99% of my muscle tissue, restore fluids to parts, make my body more plump and moistures. I used it in July 2012 for a month, and my nose and tissue literally got a lot more plump, i felt more water and softness in my face again, burning decreased, etc. WBV passively exercises like 99% of tissue, helps with lymphnode drainage, swelling, depression, ADHD, restores neurotransmitter stuff, can move tissue you lost the ability to move on your own. it massages tissue, loosens it up forcefully. helps with blood flow, physical healing, etc. repairs some types of neurological and physical issues naturally. it actually works very well.

can we focus on getting some physical treatment authorized by my health insurance, and any physical tests done of my body to document the damage? FMRI of brain, EEG, muscle biopsy, flood tests, like of cerebral or spinal fluid to check for things that indicate damage, brain pressure issues, MRI of physical muscle structure to examine muscle tone and check for inflammation, constriction, dehydration, signs of damage and injury from electromagnetic abuse. PET scan or proper MRI of muscle tissue to see damage.

the muscle tissue fluctuates, depending on amount of stuff they're doing to me. right after an orgasm, it is worse. i think it is a type of dopamine responsive dystonia, orgasms trigger the damage and muscle jamming to occur. i go through a period of days of feeling swollen, extreme constriction, then it starts to heal, pain reduces.. until about 1-2 weeks, when pain and tension picks up and i am very dry inside.  photons are constantly moving and flooding my tissue around during this period, experiencing simulated massage and general irritations, rape and sexual abuse, this dry's things out and  makes tissue hard. but the orgasm thing, can sometimes temporarily make tissue soft, or put it in a different state. i generally trying to heal after an orgasm. i think i am delirious, and having a lot of brain and bodily pressures. photons can also increase the pressure in my body, they apply it to irritate me. when i come into the office, they are not able to target me as much, because i am up and moving around. so you don't see the signs in the office. but at home, they are trying to hurt me, constantly abusing me and messing with my body. they might do things to my head, they heart, and other tissue, they have to put me to sleep, and they run dream simulates and stuff. i experience complete remote control.
